    The telephone number for Toll Collect Customer Service has changed on 1 April 2013. You can reach us in Germany on 0800 222 26 28. From outside Germany, the number is 008000 222 26 28. Calls from a fixed line network are free. Mobile phone charges may vary. Our staff is available to assist you from Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
