Customer portal with new functions

Numerous new services are now available in the Toll Collect customer portal. The customer portal is available around the clock, 365 days a year. The over 200,000 German and foreign transport and logistics companies registered with Toll Collect with their 1.2 million registered vehicles all benefit from the new functions. The companies enjoy increased flexibility when it comes to all issues concerning the toll.

Previously, only the registration of vehicles or the alteration of vehicle data was possible. Now, new customers can register directly with Toll Collect online. All companies registered with Toll Collect can download toll statements from the customer portal, view journeys that have not yet been invoiced and deregister vehicles again. In addition, you can independently change the address or data for the contact person or apply for a new payment method. This information can be amended quickly and simply via the customer portal. Furthermore, all confirmation letters and receipts sent by Toll Collect to the company can be viewed in the customer portal. This saves time and creates clarity and transparency.

New customers receive their initial access data for the customer portal directly with their online registration. Transport and logistics companies who are already customers and want to use the customer portal can request the relevant activation codes via the contact form or the service hotline. The company registers for the first time using the codes and can immediately make use of all the benefits the customer portal brings. Up to ten accounts can be created with various authorizations in the customer portal. This ensures that anyone within the transportation company who requires access to the data has around-the-clock access to the portal.
