New invoicing documents

Berlin, 16-Nov-2017

In preparation for the extension of toll to all federal trunk roads, there will be new Toll Collect invoicing documents from the end of November. While only minor changes have been made to the toll statement and itemised journey list, new journey details will be added.

The journey details will be available to all registered customers in the customer portal. Individual log-on numbers can be entered here once the itemised journey list has been received. With this, customers receive detailed information on each individual section. The journey details can be viewed in the customer portal for 3 months.

Important: The toll system will be gradually switched to centralised toll collection. This means the invoicing documents will also be displayed differently. The external costs, for example, will only be displayed on the toll statement for vehicles whose OBUs have already been switched to centralised toll collection. From mid-2018, all On-Board Units will have been switched to centralised toll collection.
