Toll-related services

Non-toll services are services rendered to the customer by Toll Collect that are subject to a charge, or damages claims, that Toll Collect charges the customer for.

Invoice

Toll-related supplementary services are invoiced to users separately. Invoices are sent as paper invoices, itemising all the services taken by you and claims for damages against you in the specified invoicing period.

Services

  • Unblocking the OBU
  • Issuing duplicate invoices

Services are taxable in accordance with the German Annual Tax Act, revised on 1st January 2010.

Claims for damages

  • Loss of or damage to the On-Board Unit
  • Loss of or damage to components, including cables or antennae

Claims for damages are tax-free.

Payment

Settlement is by means of the payment method agreed with you. Bank account details are provided on the invoice for credit-payment users.
