Your way to the customer portal

You must register as a customer with Toll Collect to be able to use the customer portal. Once registration is complete, you immediately have access to the portal.

If you are already registered as a customer with Toll Collect, you require two activation codes for access to the customer portal. These codes can be requested with the contact form.

Service partner portal

Service partners receive the activation codes for the service partner portal from Toll Collect when they conclude a contract. Should you have any questions about the codes, please contact the Partner Service Centre.
