Transport and logistics companies can pay their toll amounts directly to the toll operator with Toll Collect direct debit. Every second customer settles toll charges directly with Toll Collect, and the Toll Collect direct debit is already the most popular payment method at Toll Collect.
Customers can use the Toll Collect direct debit payment method free of charge. Tolls are debited once a month with a payment term of up to 30 days from the first trip. The customer will be informed by e-mail before the amount is debited from the account. The whole method is transparent for the customer and makes planning easy. Customers can change to the Toll Collect direct debit service simply. Transport and logistics companies registered with Toll Collect can select “Toll Collect direct debit” as the payment method in the customer portal and put in their IBAN and e-mail address, then the payment method can be used right away. It is no longer necessary to fill in and print out the SEPA direct debit mandate and send it to the bank.
