Toll Collect direct debit
The direct debit service is an exceptionally straightforward and uncomplicated payment method. Toll Collect collects due amounts from your bank account via SEPA direct debit.
Here's how it works
You enter your bank details in the Toll Collect customer portal. Toll Collect will then, in future, collect all amounts due from your bank account. Before each withdrawal, you will receive a notification of the debit amount by e-mail.
The advantages to you are obvious:
- You receive a payment term of up to 30 days
- Transparent invoicing: Your toll statement and the debited amount match
- The direct debit service is free of charge for you – Toll Collect does not charge any additional fees
- Toll Collect guarantees an unlimited driving limit for trouble-free payments

For registered customers
Simply select the payment method in the customer portal.
If you do not have access to the customer portal, then please contact our customer service department.
For non-registered customers
The settlement by credit account payment method is automatically set up upon registration. You can change the payment method later in the customer portal.
