Your benefits

Our portal for registered customers offers you a range of services. comprehensive online range of services around the clock. In the portal you can find:

  • all your registered vehicles
  • journeys that have not yet been invoiced
  • current invoicing documents
  • open invoices

With just a few clicks you can:

  • register new vehicles
  • change vehicle data, such as licence plate number, number of axles or emission class
  • change contract data, for example your address or payment method

Create a web account

You can obtain an account for the customer portal in two steps:

1. Order activation codes

  • Online: Contact form
  • Telephone: 0800 222 26 28* (Germany) or 008000 222 26 28* (Abroad)

2. Activate a web account

  • You will receive two activation codes from us. Please have these codes ready.
  • Then click here: Activate a web account

Please note

You must be registered as a customer with Toll Collect to be able to use the customer portal.

Access data for the Internet booking system is not valid for the customer portal.


After successfully activating your web account, log in to the customer portal in the top right-hand corner of our website (see orange marking in the image on the right).
