Activate web account

  • You will receive two activation codes form us. Please have these codes ready.
  • Then click here: Activate web account


Once your web account has been successfully activated, you will be able to log in to the customer portal. You can find the login button at the top right of the website. It is contained in the menu on mobile devices.

Your access data can also be used to log in to the manual log-on. This allows you to use your payment methods and vehicles saved in the customer portal in the online log-on process and the app.
