7. Blocked toll collection in Germany
The “DE: TOLL COLLECTION BLOCKED” message appears if the operator has arranged for the OBU to be blocked for toll collection in Germany.
In this case, please contact Toll Collect customer service directly.
The OBU is not ready for operation. In Germany, you must therefore register the toll manually using the online log-on facility or the Toll Collect app. In Austria, tolls can still be collected without any trouble despite this message.
