Our 2025 customer survey is in progress

Our annual customer survey is currently taking place again. The market research institute marketmind is sending out the questionnaire by e-mail on behalf of Toll Collect to all toll customers who have consented to take part in surveys.

Some surveys are also conducted by telephone. To this end, the market research institute contacts toll customers by telephone and arranges a survey appointment.

With the survey, we want to understand the needs of our customers as well as possible. Since 2021, we have been recording satisfaction at all key contact points and services. By comparing the results over the years, we can identify developments and develop targeted measures to continuously optimise the customer experience.
