Data protection policy for the Facebook fan page

Toll Collect uses the personal data that Facebook collects from you in connection with your visit to or interaction with our fan page and its content for statistical analysis using the "Page Insights" feature. Toll Collect and Facebook Ireland are jointly responsible for the processing of this insights data.

Facebook Ireland assumes primary responsibility for the processing of the insights data pursuant to this agreement and undertakes to comply with all obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to the processing of the insights data.

The processing of the insights data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 lit. f DSGVO and serves the legitimate interest of informing the interested public about topics relating to the truck toll and Toll Collect and interacting with them in a needs-based manner.

You have the following rights with regard to personal data that relates to you:

• Right to information,
• Right to correction,
• Right to deletion ("right to be forgotten"),
• Right to restrict processing,
• Right to revoke permission for processing,
• Right to data communicability.
